The Krazy Kow 5K at Freedom Weekend Aloft

Run/Walk starts at 5 pm next to the Charter Amphitheater Box Office.

This year's course is a scenic route with a variety of hills and flat paved surfaces and a small portion of grass.

Registration will be at the box office at the front of the Charter amphitheater.

Race/Walk entry includes: tek shirt (5k), free admission into Freedom Weekend Aloft & parking, goodie bag, and VIP post-race reception.

Awards will be given post race next to the Charter Amphitheater Box Office.

Kowabunga Fun Run at Freedom Weekend Aloft

Fun Run staggered starts begin at 4 pm next to the Charter Amphitheater Box Office.

This course is a leisurely loop around the inside of the Charter Amphitheater filled with fun cow-themed obstacles to overcome: ideal for children and their families. All others are welcome.

Fun Run entry includes: t-shirt, free admission into Freedom Weekend Aloft, goodie bag, and post-race award.

Freedom Weekend Aloft

These events will be hosted in conjunction with South Carolina's largest Memorial Day festival, Freedom Weekend Aloft. This 31-year-old festival boasts of an annual attendance of over 25,000 locals, offering a jam-packed calendar of events for the whole family to enjoy. Read more about Freedom Weekend Aloft.

The Cause

Each summer, Vapor Student Ministries, part of Southside Fellowship, looks to care for those in need both locally and internationally. By partnering with various ministries and organizations middle school and high school students are able to serve the communities of the Upstate as well as our international partners in the Dominican Republic, where we work alongside locals to strengthen and support their schools, churches, and activities for youth. We believe that when you give your life away that's when you will truly find it.

The Krazy Kow 5K and Kowabunga Fun Run are a direct effort to help raise the funds needed to do the ministry in the Upstate and the Dominican Republic. By signing up to run or donating directly to these trips, you will be helping make a difference in Vapor student's lives and those that they care for and interact with this summer.

Vapor's goal in putting on these events is to host a healthy, wholesome extravaganza that will raise over $30,000. Please help us

Packet Pickup

To make it easy on you, there are 3 days/times for packet pick-up. If you don't get your bag before hand, then you may pick it up before the race next to the Charter Amphitheater Box Office.
